Privacy Policy

Effective August 23, 2026

Fundage is operated by Take2NewU Labs as part of Take2NewU. This policy explains how information is handled when you use Fundage.

Fundage is a financial organization and educational tool. It is not a bank, financial adviser, accountant, tax professional, law firm, or investment adviser.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may process account information such as your name and email address; financial information you enter or authorize us to receive such as account names and masks, balances, transaction history, recurring charges, income, expenses, budgets, goals, assets, subscriptions, invoices and business records; uploaded files or receipts; support communications; and subscription/billing status.

When you connect a bank or credit card, institution authentication occurs through Plaid Link. Fundage does not receive or store your bank username or password. Fundage stores the provider token in encrypted form on the server and uses it only for the read-only access you authorize.

How we use information

We use information to provide the app, calculate and display your financial summaries, support budgeting and reporting tools, provide educational or AI-assisted insights, maintain subscriptions and entitlements, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Fundage relies on service providers needed to operate the app, including Base44 for application infrastructure, Plaid for optional financial-account connections, Stripe for direct paid subscription processing, and authorized marketplaces or resellers when you purchase Fundage through them. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal financial information.

AI-assisted features

Some Fundage features may use AI to organize information, explain financial concepts, categorize transactions, or generate educational insights. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you act on it.

Security and separation of user data

Fundage uses authenticated accounts and record-level access controls intended to keep each user's stored financial records separate. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use a strong password and protect access to your account.

Retention and deletion

You may delete your Fundage financial data from Settings. You may also request closure of your Fundage account by emailing us. Certain billing, transaction, legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.

Your choices

You may choose manual data entry rather than connecting an institution, disconnect linked institutions at any time, manage or cancel a paid plan through the available billing controls, delete stored financial data, and contact us with privacy or account requests. Disconnecting stops future provider access; previously imported records remain until you delete them.

Children

Fundage is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal financial information through the service without appropriate authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Fundage changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
