Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Fundage, a financial organization and educational application operated by Take2NewU Labs as part of Take2NewU. By using Fundage, you agree to these Terms.

Educational and organizational use only

Fundage helps users organize financial information, connect supported banks and cards through a read-only third-party connection, import transactions, identify recurring charges, track budgets and goals, review spending, manage subscriptions, create reports, and receive educational or AI-assisted insights. Fundage does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, fiduciary, or credit advice.

You are responsible for evaluating information before making financial or business decisions and for consulting a qualified professional when appropriate.

Your account and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining the security of your account. Do not use Fundage to store information you do not have the right to use.

Plans and billing

Fundage may offer Free, Plus, and Business plans. Direct paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Authorized marketplaces or resellers may also sell Fundage under the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms displayed in their checkout. Subscription features depend on your current plan and entitlement status.

You may manage or cancel an eligible direct paid subscription using the billing controls provided in the app. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Marketplace purchases must be managed through the marketplace or reseller that processed the order. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, expiration, or cancellation may change or revoke the corresponding paid entitlement.

Business features

Business features are intended to help small-business users organize information such as income, expenses, clients, invoices, cash flow, and reports. They are not a substitute for professional bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax preparation, or legal services.

AI and automated features

AI-generated or automated output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should verify important calculations, classifications, recommendations, and reports before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass account permissions, access another user's information, interfere with the service, misuse payment systems, introduce malicious code, or use Fundage for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features labeled beta, preview, coming soon, or similar may change without notice.

No guarantee of financial results

Fundage does not guarantee savings, income, credit improvement, investment performance, tax outcomes, business results, or any other financial result.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Fundage and Take2NewU are not responsible for losses arising from decisions made from user-entered data, third-party services, AI-generated output, unavailable features, or inaccurate or incomplete information.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Fundage at any time. Financial data can be deleted from Settings. Account-closure requests may be submitted by email. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.
