Refund & Cancellation Policy

Direct Fundage subscriptions
You may cancel a paid Fundage subscription from Settings. Unless a different rule is required by law or is shown at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Access to paid features continues through that period unless the subscription is refunded, reversed, terminated for misuse, or otherwise revoked.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or when Take2NewU approves a refund. Approved full refunds or payment reversals may result in immediate loss of the corresponding paid entitlement. A refund does not create a right to continued paid access.
Marketplace purchases
If you purchase Fundage through an authorized marketplace or reseller, the cancellation and refund terms displayed by that marketplace at checkout control the transaction. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, cancellations, or expiration reported by the marketplace may cause Fundage access to be changed or revoked.
Billing questions
For Fundage support, email mymoneymatters@take2newu.com. Include the email used for your Fundage account and, when applicable, the marketplace order number. Do not send bank passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive authentication credentials by email.
