White Label License Terms

License granted
An active Fundage White Label license allows the purchaser to display an approved business name, logo, colors, welcome message, and support contact within PJLE-hosted Fundage client accounts. The $297 one-time license includes up to 10 active client accounts. Revoked client accounts do not count toward the active limit.
PJLE retains the platform
The license does not transfer Fundage source code, ownership, trademarks, infrastructure, domains, payment accounts, databases, or administrator control. It does not permit cloning, sublicensing the white-label license itself, removing required legal disclosures, or claiming that the purchaser created or owns Fundage.
Client responsibility
The licensee is responsible for its client relationship, lawful marketing, first-line account guidance, and the accuracy of its brand and support information. Licensees may not promise financial results or present Fundage as banking, lending, investment, tax, legal, accounting, bookkeeping, credit-repair, or fiduciary services.
Hosting, updates, and support
PJLE hosts and maintains the shared Fundage application and may release security, reliability, compliance, and product updates. White-label access depends on Fundage availability and supported Base44 capabilities. PJLE provides platform-level support to the licensee; the licensee provides first-line support to its clients unless a separate written support arrangement applies.
Suspension and termination
Refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent use, unlawful or misleading promotion, security abuse, infringement, or violation of these terms may suspend or revoke white-label and client access. Client financial records remain isolated by authenticated account and are not exposed to the licensee through the branding dashboard.
No financial-results guarantee
Fundage is financial organization, education, simulation, and decision-support software. No savings, income, credit, investment, tax, or business result is guaranteed.
